Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Support the nursing staff with clinical duties and the monitoring of patient conditions.
• Take and record vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship.
• Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification.
• Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices.
• Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
