The Inventory Control Clerical/Analyst is an individual who works diligently to assure the accuracy of each business location’s SKU inventory on hand via examination of system data, reporting, and communications with Home Office and field Associates. The associate processes system adjustments, as applicable, audits physical inventory results to resolve large variances, and runs/analyzes various reports to validate transactional accuracy in our inventory management and financial systems.

- Validate the accuracy of inbound receipts, inventory processing, outbound shipments and carrier deliveries for ALL Brooks Brothers locations; this applies to DTC (Web), Retail, Wholesale and International activity.
- Process and/or generate Esker Transactions, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, etc. as needed.
- Process adjustment transactions to assure and support accurate inventory reporting in our warehouse (WM) and financial (JDA, SAP) systems.
- Communicate with Warehouse, Logistics, Home Office, Store Operations, Loss Prevention and Field Associates.
- Supports and reconciles the annual physical inventory process.
- Identify operational and systematic issues/opportunities as they arise, communicating and documenting each, and providing potential solutions.
- Provide assistance to other department members when issues arise, shift tasks when priorities change.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma with a desire to pursue advanced education in accounting and/or business.
- Warehouse or Retail experience with inventory processing/auditing/tracking is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent logical, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal (team) skills, and self-motivated.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel.
