This position is located in Fort Myers, FL, and will require you to relocate to the area.

Job Description:

• Review high-volume AP invoice registers for correct postings and amounts
• Process AP invoices on demand
• Review check batches to ensure the accuracy of requirements
• Involved in all day-to-day aspects of accounting functions
• Assist with lien release collection and review as necessary
• Review and Process Credit Card Payments
• Certified Payroll review, as necessary
• Produce ad hoc reports
• Draft AIA Contracts
• Backcharge review and posting
• NTO posting oversite
• Ensure Owner Changes are added to AIA
• Process Monthly AIA owner requisitions
• Review and Distribute Lien releases to the owner
• Project setup – Budget and AIA
• Assist with Annual Audit

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a Related Field
• Five years or more of related experience is required.
