A Brooklyn Navy Yard-based online apparel company is seeking a part-time, temporary Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensuring smooth operations of accounting processes especially e-commerce numbers
- Maintain and update financial ledger
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures
- Prepare and file taxes
Requirements:
- GED/HS diploma
- Minimum 2 years of Bookkeeping/Transactional Accounting Experience
- Exposure to taxes
- Retail or Ecommerce adjacent experience
- Quickbooks and Excel experience
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
