We are a growing, national property management firm seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant in Auburn, AL. The perfect candidate will be self-motivated, organized, resourceful, have great customer service skills, and learn quickly.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet residents, prospects, and vendors in office and on the phone
• Conducting all leasing activities, including showing units, follow-up with prospects, and marketing
• Focus on retention activities including lease renewals and identifying community events to foster a feeling of community
• Establishing and maintaining good rapport and communication with residents, vendors, staff, and other customers as needed
• Complete reports as requested by property manager
• Follow all policies and procedures and follow all Fair Housing guidelines

The ideal candidate must be reliable and can successfully multi-task. The best candidate for this position will be proficient in Section 42 tax credit and possess working knowledge of how a property management office should be run and can seamlessly step in to keep operations running smoothly or can learn quickly. Ideally, the best leasing candidate would have at least 1-2 years of management experience and is a positive team player!
