We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and passionate Assistant Teacher (Floater) to join our team for the summer starting 5/28/24 - 8/9/24. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children. This is a full-time position in a daycare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities. You will work with all age groups.
• Must be kind, loving, patient, and reliable
• Must be able to work well with others
• Provide individualized attention and support to students
• Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Must interact with children, including playing
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
