Overview:
Brookfield Dental Studio, one of the fastest-growing clinics in the area, is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our dynamic team in a dual-role position Dental Assisting / Front Desk duties. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of dental care and patient management. We value prior dental experience. On-the-job training for candidates ready to grow their skills in dentistry.

Responsibilities:

Dental Assisting:

• Provide chair-side assistance during exams and treatments under dentist supervision.
• Perform patient charting and manage X-ray procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain the Sterilization Area.
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms before and after procedures.
• Manage dental supplies by taking inventory and placing orders.
• Uphold a clean and professional environment.

Front Desk:

• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently as part of the team.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily and monthly patient targets.
• Handle phone calls, appointment confirmations, and patient check-ins.
• Verify dental benefits accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
• Manage insurance claims, submit pre-authorizations, and prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments.

Ideal Candidate:

• Dental assisting experience preferred; not required. Will train the right candidate.
• Fluency in languages other than English is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-level customer service.
