BROOKFIELD AUTO BODY is Hiring an Auto Body Technician Near Bristol, CT

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair, auto body repair, and specialize in collision. If you have a passion for working with vehicles and providing an excellent finished product, we want to hear from you. We currently have a very successful shop located in Hartford named Brookfield Auto Body and Towing, that has a total staff of around 16 employees consisting of 3 admin/office managers and 13 technicians delivering an average of around 60-80 cars per month. That being said the Bristol location smaller currently consisting of 2 talented start to finish technicians and one office manager. The store definitely has potential to grow and we are looking to build a solid team so both the store and employees can benefit from increasing the production there. There is hands on training offered at our Hartford store as well to make this an easier process. We currently have 2 positions open at the Bristol location and the Hartford Location.

Duties:

- Perform auto body repairs including paint spraying, sheet metal work, door and quarter panel replacement, welding, frame repairs and fabrication.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts as needed for repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive repair, auto body repair, or auto restoration.
- Proficiency in paint spraying techniques.
- Ability to assemble, fabricate, and work with sheet metal and aluminum.
- Experience in auto glass installation is a plus but not needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
