PE Management Group is in need of a Housekeeper for our residential property located in San Marcos. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning within the building, while keeping areas neat and tidy. The Housekeeper will clean and maintain all common areas, such as, but not limited to hallways, parking, staircases, parking lot and rooms. In addition to cleaning common areas, the housekeeper will clean and prepare vacant units for new residents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete cleaning checklist for vacant unit.
• Ensures all rooms are maintained to company standards, including but not limited to:
• Kitchen
• Hallway
• All Bedrooms
• All Bathrooms
• Balcony
• Clean and maintain all common areas.
• Maintain curb appeal by cleaning the outside grounds.
• Maintain fitness center, office and lounge areas.
• Clean and maintain Leasing Office.
• Clean vacant units and prepare them for future residents.
• Take out trash as necessary.
• Any additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
