What you'll do:
The Brass Tacks:
  • Lead by example, support team members development and inspire excellence within the team.
  • Embrace company values, expectations, and service norms for success.
  • Assist with training and ensures effective operations for assigned areas.
  • Collaborate with leaders to maintain adequate supplies, minimizing waste.
  • Inspect rooms and common areas, upholding high cleanliness standards, noting issues and taking action.
  • Address guest needs promptly, prioritize satisfaction through clear communication.
  • Assist in deep cleanings.
  • Provide courteous, efficient, professional service to guests.
  • Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift, report room issues.
  • Organize supplies on the housekeeping cart.
  • Monitor property's cleanliness, attend meetings and training.
  • Warmly greet and engage guests.
  • Fulfill tasks assigned by Housekeeping Leadership.
The Nitty Gritty:
  • Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced role.
  • Be a role model by consistently living the values of Columbia Hospitality

Hotel Indigo offers 142 rooms, more than 8,000 square feet of event space, Jetty Bar & Grille serving a seafood menu inspired by the Pacific Northwest, and an indoor swimming pool. The hotel is a central part of the Port of Everett's redevelopment, Waterfront Place, and is surrounded by parks, housing, restaurants, docks, and more.
