Tesla Motors is Hiring a Business Development Associate, Wall Connector Near Palo Alto, CA
The Role The Business Development Manager will be part of the Commercial Charging team responsible for market success and rapid deployment of Tesla Wall Connectors in public and private businesses. Using data driven tooling and market insights this person will be an expert in understanding where level 2 charging can add significant value to Tesla customer experience and network coverage. This person will collaborate with business owners to deploy charging for our mutual benefit and with key stakeholders to ensure network growth in line with Tesla vehicle sales. This person also needs to be highly organized to track various work streams necessary for successful ongoing pipeline management. Responsibilities
Develop and manage pipeline of charging opportunities that will serve current and future Tesla customers.
Develop and refine proposals with property owners, grid operators, governmental bodies and other key partners; Negotiate win-win solutions and close deals.
Work with cross functional stakeholders across the organization to surface requirements and dependencies
Report to leadership on KPI's
Feedback learnings and discoveries to engineering to make our energy products even better
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent in working experience demonstrating evidence of excellence
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Track record of excellence in Business Development or Infrastructure Deployment
Collaborative and process oriented
3 years of project management, product management, NPI, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with regulatory compliance a plus

Expected Compensation $88,000 - $300,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
