Overview
BronxCare Health System, a major teaching hospital and health system, has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE General Pediatrician in our Ambulatory Care Network and Inpatient Unit. We are seeking a highly motivated Pediatrician interested in working with an urban/underserved population in a dynamic and growing academic department.
Responsibilities
- Providing care to children and adolescents from birth through 21 years of age at our ambulatory care site and inpatient unit.
- Rounding with residents in the pediatrics inpatient unit, and nursery
- Precepting of residents and medical students from Sinai School of Medicine and other programs in OPD.
- Participation in the department’s academic agenda including Grand Rounds, M&M conference, QI, and resident and medical student didactics.
- The opportunity to mentor resident research projects.
Qualifications
Completion of Residency-Residency Program (Pediatrics) required.
New York State Licensed with Board or Certification in Pediatrics.
