• Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
• 5 years Marketing experience

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Develop marketing campaigns and strategies that speak to our customers.
• Evaluate consumer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Oversee all marketing and advertising functions, including digital and traditional platforms.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, accruals and reconciliations.
• Work directly with Management and Sales Teams to achieve maximum success for multi-store operation.
• Manage timelines and deadlines
• Manage and coordinate multi-functional projects
• Manage daily activities with media and advertising partners.

Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Develop understanding of industry, product knowledge and product strategies.
• Develop understanding of manufactures advertising programs, guidelines and requirements.
• Understanding of and ability to leverage up Digital Marketing platforms, SEO & SEM.
• Ability to analysis and interpret digital marketing campaigns. Data driven
• Creative ability in ad design, POP and collateral material design.
• Website management.
• Social Media management.
• Organize and execute events and promotions.
• Public relations and community involvement.
