We are looking for a fabulous Retail Sales Associate to provide amazing customer service, empower women and contribute to a great vibe in our Swimwear Store.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel at ease in our store will stand out.

You will guide customers, present and answer questions about our products and recommend styling advice. A great attitude and a desire to truly help potential customers will make you successful in this role.

This is a W-2 employment opportunity, candidates must have the right to legally work in the U.S.

Pay: $23/hour commission

This is a Part-Time job [2-3 days/week] with possibility for growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products

• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage exchanges of merchandise
• Provide customer feedback

• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Help process online returns/exchanges
• Respond to Customer Service emails

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Track record of achieving sales quotas

• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• College degree a plus
