As an Assistant General Manager at Broken Yolk Cafe, you'll work closely with the General Manager to support the daily operations and management of the restaurant. • Customer Service: Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality. Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.
• Financial Management: Assist in managing the restaurant's budget and expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and overhead expenses. Help implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies to ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly. Monitor inventory usage and minimize waste to optimize cost efficiency.
