Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have experience in operating construction equipment
• Must have strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation

Responsibilities:

• Ensure job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and are safe for

use.

• Manage, supervise and coordinate onsite work crews
• Tracking and recording daily production of the crews and reporting back to the

superintendent.

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Communicate with onsite subcontractors, general contractors and/or owners
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Participate in training and other forms of development to strengthen technical, safety and other skills.
• Maintain a clean jobsite: ensure all tools and eqipment are picked up and secure job site

each day in order to eliminate potential hazards

• Supervise installation of equipment and material deliveries as required
• Inputting daily activity sheets, time sheets and other job related paperwork.
• Operating construction equipment as required.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
• Manage, supervise and coordinate onsite work crews
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise on site
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations, codes, and safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
