Wage: $19.00 Per Hour

Cook - Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and serve foods to include soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering and all other items determined by the Chef Manager.
• Follow all verbal and written instructions regarding food recipes, production orders, cooking techniques and food presentation in preparation of daily menus.
• Station set – up prior to service with appropriate equipment and food to be determined by the supervisor.
• Food safety knowledge regarding proper heating and cooling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety and food handling regulations.
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate and stow deliveries.
• Follow all outlined health and safety regulations with regard to equipment and personal hygiene.
• Provide exemplary customer service - excellent communications skills needed to be successful in this position.
• Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• This position may be called upon to perform other job duties as determined by the supervisor.

Salad Prep - Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prep all salad bar related food items including production, set up, replenishing, cleaning and breakdown.
• Must be able to assemble, operate and disassemble meat and cheese slicer, food processor, robocoupe and blenders. Additionally, one should be familiar with how to operate the convection oven, and use of utensils, knives and all related utility equipment.
• Comprehend written recipes for preparation of condiments and composed salads.
• Lift and move food, food containers and other non-food items up to approximately 35 pounds from floor position to no higher than one's own height.
