Looking for an EXPERIANCED pipe foreman, familiar with Sanitary Sewer, Force Main, Water Main and Storm Sewer and Lift Station Construction. Must have a good understanding of Dewatering and must be familiar with working in the Panhandle Region conditions.

Must have good Team skills and understand how to delegate. Must be able to oversee work performed in a safe and efficient manner. Will be required to communicate with Inspectors, suppliers, and upper management.

Must be proficient with overseeing the proper set up of pipe lasers. GPS knowledge not a necessity if you can learn it.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee and manage a team of workers, including subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or concerns
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to Project Manager and Superintendent
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Familiarity with construction estimating and quality control procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in construction management is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel to different job sites as required
