**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, inventory control, and powersports diagnostics. Experience in dealership operations and the ability to negotiate effectively are highly valued.

**Duties:**

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders

- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and reorder parts as needed

- Utilize powersports diagnostics knowledge to identify correct parts for customer vehicles

- Oversee warehouse management, including organizing and maintaining parts storage areas

- Utilize order management systems such as lightspeed to process orders efficiently

**Skills:**

- Customer service experience in an dealership setting

- Proficiency in inventory control and order management systems

- Knowledge of diagnostics and mechanical components

- Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus

- Strong negotiation skills for pricing and vendor interactions

- Familiarity with warehouse management practices
