Job Description: Broadstep Behavioral Health, Inc is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician to help manage the general maintenance and curb appeal of our Residential Treatment Facility in Simpsonville, SC. Schedule & Location: M-F, 8am-5pmBased in Simpsonville, SC.Paid on-call for after-hours emergencies Job Duties:Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed. Continually remain active, alert and able to respond to all scenarios. Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis. Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws. Additional duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience/Skills:High school diploma or GED Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB test. Must have a valid driver’s license.
