Looking to hire Tool Room Supervisors in Reading, MA.

Hours: 1st shift Mon-Fri 7-330 or 8-430pm Pay: $44-$50/hour based on experience Job

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and support on all aspects of Tool design, manufacturing and estimating
• Support production and engineering with tooling/technical problems
• Supervise/Manage the running and plan activities of the tool room facilities and toolmakers, ensuring the tool room is a safe environment in line with health, safety and environmental requirements
• Supports Production and Engineering to manage and guarantee on time availability of tools to ensure continuous production
• Support proposals on new equipment and tool design
• Oversee all work through the tool room efficiently and cost effectively and ensure that all target dates for tooling are met
• Provide quotations for new tooling, modifications and repairs
• CNC programming experience is needed

Qualifications/Requirements

• 10-15 years of tool room experience
• Mold Making experience needed
• Strong Technical understanding
• Supervisor experience preferred
• CNC programming experience is a plus
