As Senior Manager, International Tax, you will assist tax leaders within the Tax function for International Tax Planning and Compliance.

• Manage tax planning initiatives from idea to implementation to ensure full compliance with legal steps, tax requirements and tax aspects of financial statements
• Work on tax operational aspects of business transformations, M&A activity, and ERP system upgrades to achieve efficiencies in process and reduction of operating costs
• Examine and build tax operational rules for intercompany activity to ensure transfer pricing criteria are met
• Manage US tax audits in conjunction with advisers including data collection, settlement recommendation and other aspects of audit/litigation process
• Build relationships and understand tax positions of various business divisions

This position is based in Palo Alto, CA and reports to the Senior Director, International Tax.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; JD or master of tax a plus
* 13 years in a large corporate tax environment with international tax experience, which may be in Big 4 or similar, and culminating in industry experience.
* Strong MS Excel skill required.
* Willing to learn new technical skills independently or with the mentorship of more experienced team members when necessary.
* Aptitude and willingness for self-review.
* Self-motivated and with the ability to develop and manage work plans to carryout complex projects

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $123,000 - $205,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
