Job Description:Broadcom Mainframe Software prides itself on delivering efficient and effective business solutions across various industries. Our success is mainly dependent on the stellar ability of our program management teams. We’re currently searching for an experienced Partner Education Program Manager to join the ranks of our Education Team continue this tradition, and help carry critical business initiatives forward to more excellent capabilities and success. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives related to the Mainframe Software Division education offerings and how our strategic partners can take advantage of them. As a natural leader, this person should have a strong talent for project coordination, delegation, and unparalleled communication skills. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to a state of continuous growth. While this job may be primarily focused on the program management aspect, knowledge of and ability to assist with content creation and management within the LMS will be extremely beneficial.
Objectives of This Role
  • Develop strategy, lead, implement, and maintain partner education program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Lead multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
  • Manage the external vendor/partner relationships to ensure solid educational offerings.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal outcomes, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
  • Identify critical requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners.
  • Develop and manage the program budget and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Engage with partners regularly to understand outcomes from the offerings and how to improve the offerings.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Eight or more years of experience in a program management role
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in managing stakeholders.
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong working knowledge of partner education
  • Strong working knowledge of software education
  • Strong working knowledge of mainframe software
  • Knowledge/Experience with Instructional Design & course management (LMS) software
  • Experience with data analytics
Additional Job Description:Compensation And BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
