Objectives of This Role
- Develop strategy, lead, implement, and maintain partner education program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Lead multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
- Manage the external vendor/partner relationships to ensure solid educational offerings.
- Work closely with program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage program and project teams for optimal outcomes, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
- Identify critical requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners.
- Develop and manage the program budget and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
- Engage with partners regularly to understand outcomes from the offerings and how to improve the offerings.
- Eight or more years of experience in a program management role
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in managing stakeholders.
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong working knowledge of partner education
- Strong working knowledge of software education
- Strong working knowledge of mainframe software
- Knowledge/Experience with Instructional Design & course management (LMS) software
- Experience with data analytics
