Broadcom is seeking a high caliber and energetic contracts administrator with excellent attention to detail, a willingness to dive in and demonstrated ability to master and enhance company processes. You will work closely with Broadcom's IT procurement, business and operations teams by supporting completion of commercial transactions and simplifying adjacent processes.This role is located in Melville, New York; Irvine, California; Draper, Utah or Palo Alto, California.

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing practical, timely and high-quality legal services.You will report to the Senior Associate General Counsel, Commercial Legal & Operations and help Broadcom's business teams draft, negotiate and manage standard agreements and indirect procurement agreements.You will actively contribute to ongoing development and enhancement of knowledge, training and processes to empower Broadcom Legal and business teams to transact effectively.

Requirements

*Excellent at closing high-volume, repeatable transactions, including non-disclosure agreements, software licenses, cloud services agreements, professional services agreements and hardware purchase agreements with a broad range of companies

*Strong project management skills

*Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

*Has experience with contracts lifecycle management applications and best practices; enjoys problem solving and developing new processes

*Ability to work closely with attorneys and others on the team, including standardization of best practices for managing agreements

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a broad audience including IT, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance professionals

*Ability to quickly learn company policies and procedures and navigate company systems

*Ability to multitask, prioritize work load and competing priorities

*Demonstrates strong attention to detail

*Efficient, effective and well organized

*Customer service oriented

*Willingness to travel to other Broadcom sites as needed

Additional Traits/Qualifications

*Must be business-minded and ready to "roll up sleeves" and do what is necessary to get the job done well

*Work effectively within all levels of the organization

*Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant years of experiencein lieu of a degreemay be considered.

*8 years of relevant professional contract management experience

*Paralegal or other professional certification a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $150,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
