Broad Street Coffee Company is Hiring a Cafe & Coffee Shop Manager Near Greendale, WI

This is an outstanding chance to oversee and expand a beloved neighborhood coffee shop that has been a fixture in our small community. It's as close to owning your own coffee shop as you can get without actually being the owner, and we're seeking a top-performing individual to take charge of our team.

This rare and exciting opportunity will enable the right person to put their entrepreneurial, business, managerial, coffee-making, and perhaps culinary skills to the test.

Our mission is to make great coffee and food, put a smile on everyone's face, and create a desirable workplace that helps others advance both their professional careers and personal growth.

As this manager will be fairly autonomous, the ideal candidate should:

Possess basic business management skills, including bookkeeping, pricing strategies, hiring practices, and managing others
Know how to make a killer cup of coffee or espresso
Have a degree in "Google University," meaning they can problem-solve on their own rather than depending on others to give them the answer
Be passionate about growing businesses, especially coffee shop cafes
Thrive in a bit of chaos but prefer order and organization, and love finding answers and solutions on the fly
Have plenty of experience managing a cafe or coffee shop as a manager or assistant manager
Possess an organizational and leadership mindset that does not need to be micromanaged
Love people, especially when it comes to training and developing co-workers for the responsibilities of their jobs, which ensure a high level of their overall performance
Believe in a warm, friendly, and clean cafe.
