Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Account Manager to join our commercial construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work independently while also collaborating with a dynamic sales team.
Duties:
- Analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities
- Conduct warm calling to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products or services
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in technical sales or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in warm calling and building relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing leads and accounts
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Note: All positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
