Job Title: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Department: Finance

Reports to: CFO/COO

FSLA Status: Exempt

Position Summary:

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead all aspects of Brixton’s budgeting and forecasting process. This role will serve as a business partner to numerous functions, including product, sales, marketing, retail, executive and E-Commerce. The Director of FP&A will support all aspects of financial planning with a focus on achievement of financial objectives. This includes the development of a cadence of regular analytics to support an understanding of the business and its performance to forecast and budget.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Lead global budget and reforecast process for income statements and cash flow
• Prepare budget to actual analysis and financial review, including risks and opportunities
• Key liaison with management team and private equity ownership team on financial performance and reporting
• Develop key performance indicators to measure monthly results
• Participate in a wide range of special projects and analysis, including customer, channel, and product profitability analysis
• Oversee the multi-year planning process and assist in the creation of strategic business plans
• Builds and relays timely and accurate financial models and forecasts enabling management to make appropriate business adjustments as needed
• In collaboration with functional leaders, gathers and prioritizes organization-wide resource and investment requests

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field with 10 years of experience in FP&A
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work in a hands-on management capacity
• Ability to think strategically and develop operational plans
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
• Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).

Work Environment:

• Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
