Britton & Associates Inc., an upscale full service Design-Build-Garden Management firm in Dallas, Texas, seeks a highly motivated, degreed entry level landscape architect.

We are looking for a creative, hardworking, goal oriented, and dependable individual to join the design team. Must be able to work well with residential clients, developers, and contractors on a variety of projects.

Knowledge and ability to place a strong emphasis on unique detail in construction and planting with an eye for superb quality are also required.

Strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, and a degree and/or experience in horticulture are a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture required.Higher level in related degree is a plus

Skills:

-Strong design and technical skills

-Ability to create conceptual and presentation documents with relevant graphic support

-Broad knowledge of hardscape and landscape construction methods

-Knowledge of relevant plant material

-Ability to design both large and small scale projects

-Must be able to work individually, as well as in a team environment

-Must be able to handle all aspects of project from conceptual design through construction

documentation

-Estimating experience a plus

Qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience in high end residential market or related field preferred

Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe, Lumion, and Microsoft Office

Strong hand graphics skills

Landscape Architecture: 1 years
