Position: Orthodontic Treatment Sales Coordinator

Location: 12700 Black Forest Lane Suite 300 Woodbridge VA 22192 and 4080 Lafayette Center Drive Suite 160A Chantilly VA 20151

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 10-7pm, Friday: 10-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your sales expertise to consult with patients on their orthodontic treatment options.
• Guide patients through the treatment process, addressing concerns and answering questions.
• Collaborate with our orthodontists to create personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment progress.
• Act as a liaison between patients and our administrative team to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and understand orthodontic treatment concepts (training provided).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
