We are in search of another dedicated person to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals. The team supports ladies living with autism and developmental disabilities in their own home. Seeking; an active, dedicated, dependable, team leader who promotes sustainable living skills. The supervising position also entails direct care of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Duties include-Medical care coordination-Communication-Companionship-Personal Care-Passing Meds-Transportation-Documentation-Client finance support-meeting the needs of the homePrior supervising experience supporting the I/DD population is preferred. We are happy to train people who learn quickly and want to be active in support. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with less than 6 points.
