Physician-led practice seeking additional full-time Hospitalists to be a part of the hospitalist team at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND

Department of 14 full-time hospitalists and NP support

Excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance

Patient load per hospitalist averages 14-17

No procedures required

Specialty and 24/7 intensivist support

Flexible shifts and scheduling

Twelve-hour shifts for 26 weeks per year

Day, admitting, and nocturnist opportunities available

REQUIREMENTS

BC/BE in Internal Medicine

BC/BE in Family Medicine with strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (opportunity for mentorship)

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation

Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota

3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul

Fargo-Moorhead population: 200,000

Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
