The Position:
The Aquatics Manager is a part time position (20-25 hours/week) responsible for mentoring, coaching, and leading a dynamic team focused on the aquatics program and its implementation across all schools and team members. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the aquatics program. Priorities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, instructor team management, initial and ongoing training, customer conversations as well as teaching lessons. Using our fun, gentle and progressive approach this position will increase confidence and knowledge to create future leaders, swimmers, and work towards our mission to decrease drowning.
Your Typical Responsibilities:
● Hire, train, supervise, support, and develop a dynamic team of Swim Instructors.
● Teach and lead swimming lessons by following the British Swim School program standards.
● Ensure that all water, safety standards and certifications are up to date and maintained.
● Conduct ongoing training and performance reviews.
