Since 1981, British Swim School has been the pioneer of teaching water survival skills to children as young as three months old and working with swimmers on stroke development after they fall in love with the sport of swimming. We are looking to add an Aquatics Manager at our newest location in York, PA!

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and a passion for our mission of water safety and survival
• Experience with setting and maintaining standards for a service business
• A track record in the world of swimming and fitness teaching/management
• A Lifeguard certification
• Leadership and Mentoring Experience

Responsibilities

• Assisting with business growth and attracting new customers
• Providing the initial training in the BSS swim method and the ongoing development of all our swim teachers
• Using BSS Instructor assessment and development tools/checklists to maintain lesson quality
• Evaluating swim instructor performance and creating performance improvement plans as necessary
• Occasional visits to our pools in Lancaster, PA

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
