• Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
• Creation of employee schedules, and pool lesson schedules.
• Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
• Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week with possibility to grow into a full-time position

• 1 years of customer service and/or management experience.
• College or University degree
• Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable, but not required.
• Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, must be obtained during training.
