Overview

A private family based near Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a full-time live-out housekeeper to join their team on a large private estate. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, however, with previous experience in a similar role, you will understand that flexibility is key and hours and days may vary. The estate is in a remote area so the candidate must be comfortable living a very simple, rural lifestyle. There is another housekeeper on the property and additional local staff is hired when needed.

Responsibilities

Duties will include ironing, laundry, deep cleaning, daily maintenance and upkeep of a tidy home. When in residence, it is a fast paced day following behind the principals and the guest to quickly tidy up their beds and bathrooms and then remain out of site but available if needed. This is a fully staffed property, so there are additional team members to support you as needed.

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in a similar role with relevant qualifications
• Positive can do, hands on approach and attitude
• Be proactive and think outside the box on solutions
• Effective communicator
• Team player mentality

Salary and Benefits

The family is open on salary and will provide a benefits package. They are open to relocating the right person.
