Overview

A busy family in Nichols Hills, OK, is seeking two newborn care specialists to share the care of their third child (aged 6 months), starting ASAP. The newborn care specialist, who BAHS placed, is leaving (amicably- she is relocating to Europe) at the end of this month. Candidates will work 12 hours per day, 6 days per week, working nights one week, then days the next, and so on and so forth. The term will initially last 6 months, with a view to the position evolving into a permanent opportunity if all parties feel like it's a good fit. There is a degree of flexibility in terms of what the schedule might look like from this point, depending on everyone's preference (e.g. the family will consider a different ROTA schedule if this makes sense for everyone).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the care and wellbeing of the baby at all times
• Manage everything and anything related to her care and wellbeing e.g. keeping supplies stocked, ensuring any clothes she's outgrown are not re-circulated, confidently navigating the weaning process etc.
• This is a formal, fully-staffed household but it’s a home first and foremost, and candidates should be pitch-in, with a team-player mentality.
• The family also have 4.5-year-old twin girls, and though they will not be the infant care specialists’ responsibility, candidates should be kind and amenable to them popping in to see/spend time with their baby sister. 

Qualifications

• Multiple years spent working with high new worth families in a similar role

Requirements

• Only those candidates who are fully COVID vaccinated, as well as up to date on their Flu and T-Dap vaccinations, will be considered for this position.
• Must have sterling and verifiable references 
• Be passport-ready- there will be domestic and international travel from time to time
• Must have a US passport, Green Card or EAC

Salary and Benefits

• $40/hr plus all industry standard benefits (including a healthcare stipend) should the role evolve into a permanent opportunity
