BriteLife Recovery LLC was founded in late 2019 and became operational with its first facility opened in Hilton Head South Carolina on Jan 5, 2020. BriteLife Recovery LLC’s corporate headquarters are in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The company offers a full continuum of substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health services for adults 18 and older. Overview of the Position:

The Vice President of Business Development will be responsible for managing strategic and business objectives for the business development team via data analysis, Salesforce platform automation and setting and monitoring KPIs to evaluate individual and team performance. The Vice President of Business Development will work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing and Director of Admissions to develop and execute on high-level strategic initiatives as well as daily requirements and functions of the sales representatives. Goal setting, performance evaluation, lead management and Salesforce platform automation will be critical responsibilities in support of the efficacy and efficiency of the Business Development team.

Primary Tasks:

- Frequently initiates and sustains a relationship of mutual trust and respect with each facility's admissions, business development and outreach teams and clinical team members. 

- Familiarity with establishing relationships and confidently speaking with hospitals, medical doctors, psychiatrists, interventionists, Employee Assistance Programs, addiction/mental health treatment centers, and therapists in a clinical sales process. 

- Strategize goals and timelines for closing new and enhanced key account opportunities by building and developing a strategic regional growth plan. Interpret, evaluate and analyze facility and market utilization data to help propel growth. 

- Collaborate with facility and corporate leadership to influence essential initiatives. 

- Expand available resources to meet or exceed essential growth goals. Observe and identify potential market challenges and opportunities. 

- In partnership with facility and corporate leadership, develop retention strategies for maintaining both current and new accounts. 

- When possible conduct face-to-face sales meetings with all key accounts and contacts ensuring that a thorough understanding is gained regarding their desires and needs. 

- Collaborate with the admissions department to place patient referrals in facilities on an as needed basis. 

- Ability to adapt the territory plan to fit the necessities of the geographic market and overall landscape of the behavioral healthcare industry. 

- Exemplifies professionalism in a manner that reflects a positive image for the organization, as well as the individual candidate, by demonstrating ethics, meticulousness, dependability and a strong passion for those in need of recovery from addiction and mental health disorders. 

- Achieve with a goal of outperforming monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for admissions and leads into the treatment center. 

- As needed, travel to the treatment center for training, tours, periodic meetings and events. 

- Territory planning and sales coverage modeling

- High- Level planning and goal setting

- Sales coverage model and territory planning

- Sales forecasting based on geographic territory population, account mix, payor mix, etc.

- Leverage data to identify and prioritize market opportunities (by location and market segment)

- Leveraging data to evaluate individual, regional and global performance against targets.

- Lead management- ensuring sales reps are following up on all leads.

- Platform automation- ensuring we are making CRM work for our sales team in a proactive versus reactive manner.

Requirements:

- Job Type: FULL TIME

- 5 years of sales operations experience, preferably in the addiction treatment field 

- Minimum 2 years experience in developing & analyzing Salesforce data sets 

- Preferred experience in analyzing claims data 

- Clear understanding of CRM workflows and be able to recommend improvements to improve data integrity and processes 

- Strong customer service skills required 

- Strong project management skills required 

- Strong interpersonal skills are a plus 

- Valid Driver’s License

- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels 

- Data management and interpretation skills 

- Excellent computer/technology skills including MS Office 

- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
