Bristow Manor Golf Club in Bristow, VA is looking for part time banquet servers to join our team. We are located on 11507 Valley View Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Set up venue and outdoor ceremony site for weddings and private events *Service events by delivering food, maintaining buffet and serving non-alcohol beverages to guest tables *Carry trays of food during meal service *Buss tables throughout event *Communicate with banquet captain and other servers throughout event *Deliver a great customer experience *Maintain standards of safety and cleanliness throughout event *Adhere to grooming and appearance standards *Clean up venue after event ends

Qualifications

*Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Able to multitask efficiently *Strong organizational skills *Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus *Ability to stand for an extended period of time *Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs *Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments *Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays

Compensation: $11.00 per hour tip pool (average per event $17-22 per hour total compensation, including tip pool)

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $11.00 - $17.00/hour.
