These passionate teams will depend on you to care for and support our patients during their hospice journey.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pmWhy choose Bristol?* Passionate company culture committed to the highest standard of care in the hospice industry* Advanced training programs* Mileage Reimbursement* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and more* HSA & 401(k) available* PTO and Paid Holidays* Tuition ReimbursementOn an average day you will:* Spend quality one-on-one time with patients and their families to support everyday needs* Care for patients by providing initial and ongoing assessments of patient and family needs* Create and initiate care plans through assessing the history of current and previous illnesses* Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician* Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate* Record symptom management changes and outcomes* Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding the patient's condition and care given* And additional duties as assignedQualifications* An enthusiasm for providing the best possible care to patients and their families* A Registered Nurse license in good standing* 1 year of experience in hospice or home health preferred* A valid driver's license* Current CPR certification* Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills* And additional related duties as neededBristol Hospice is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify
