Responsibilities:
-Call/text patients for appointments and be able to schedule patients efficiently
-Confirm appointments, Fill empty schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls, collect all necessary patient information and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Maintain patient records and update necessary paperwork
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Provide administrative support to dental staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized
-Discuss treatment and Coordinate benefit
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or providing dental office administrative support is preferred
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other dental scheduling systems is a plus
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software
