```Duties``` - Assist in the preparation of food items for cooking or serving - Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as set by the establishment - Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes - Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Assist with receiving and storing deliveries - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a restaurant, dietary department, or food service setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
