Summary

Road Warriors Needed to travel throughout the US Painting and Insulating exterior of tanks, piping, and metal structures in industrial settings to protect other company's onsite property.

Responsibilities

• PPE required at all times on job sites : Hard Hat, High Visibility Safety Vest, Eye Protection, Ear Protection, Steel Toe Work Boots, FRC Clothing, Safety Harness.
• Prepares area(s) to be Painted / Insulated by power washing & cleaning, or if necessary, scraping, sanding, patching and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to Painting / Insulating surfaces.
• Maintains inventory of paint, paint brushes, insulation materials and other supplies in accordance with Management’s instructions.
• Paint / Insulate areas as instructed utilizing appropriate and applications.
• Follows OSHA / SDS and Site guidelines with respect to use of hazardous chemicals
• Apply vinyl decals to surfaces to post applicable warning signs, information, and other signage as needed.
• Familiarizes themselves with storage and disposal laws, regulations, codes, etc.
• Thoroughly clean area, supplies and equipment when project is completed.
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications

• Tools : Must have Required PPE, Hand Tools, 5,000 PSI Pressure Washer, Reliable 3 / 4 or 1 Ton Truck (willing to tow pull behind equipment).
• Travel : Must be willing to travel across the US and stay out on the road for 4-6 weeks at a time.
• Communication : Must be able to work well with others and represent Brio at it's best out in the field.
• Painting Experience : Must have experience using brush, roller, and sprayer painting methods. (Most work will be done with a roller)
• Experience : Must have 2 Years experience as a Journeyman Insulator.
