Total Compensation: $17-$20/hr - plus tips! We pay based upon Experience!

Sierra Restaurant in Lone Tree is looking for energetic and motivated bussers to help build our team! We have great training, we promote from within and offer you a career opportunity and not just a job!!

We have open interviews Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 pm. Come see us!

Experience Requirements

• 1 year busser experience required
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment, and stay calm and collected under pressure
• Must have a friendly, professional and outgoing attitude, and be team oriented
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional and polished appearance required

• Takes pride in proper professional conduct and meticulous about one's appearance
• Uses professional service etiquette
• Provide exceptional service while adhering to company standards and procedures
• Functioning as a committed team member and treating every guest like your own
