We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager Assistant. This person will provide in field support to the PM and provide the highest quality of customer service to our clients. Primary duties include ordering materials, quality control, estimating, scoping, and providing support to the operation. Excellent telephone interaction with customers is required. We are looking for a high-energy, multi-tasking professional!

Responsibilities:

• 50%. Materials handling; Pick up materials from supplier. Receive materials onsite. Deliver materials to site. Bring materials to storage unit and organize for delivery. Return materials to supplier. Communicate with contractors for material delivery.
• 25% Project Management; Assist Project Manager create scopes of work for new projects. Document project progress. Quality control. Assist Project Manager with project change orders. Estimating.
• 25% Carpentry; Light carpentry and paint and demolition. Project close out-punch list and construction clean up.
