Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly status reviews with Delivery and Managed Services teams.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for large deals.
  • Capture and measure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a functional roadmap for sales.
  • Measure the performance of accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ERP sales.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Experience with a sales cycle of 6 weeks.
  • Focus on the SMB market.
  • Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, Supply Chain, or Finance.

Commercial Focus:

  • Final responsibility for post-implementation services, OPT, managed services, and BIT Care sales quota.
  • Define and enhance account success.
  • Team development and performance assessment.
  • Strategic relationships with key alliance partners.
  • Meet established sales quota and objectives, including a minimum 10% increase in the portfolio value.
  • Ensure 90% retention of customers in the installed base.
  • Sell contracts with an average length of more than 6 months.
