• Job Duties and Requirements:
• Senior Lead Engineer needed in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S., Implement reusable components of the project to maintain the component consistency across the application. Migrate RMWC library-based components to Material-UI library-based react web components to modernize the well-supported application. Research on mobile app remote debugging on Sauce labs usage for the native application. Involve in implementing the mono-repository design system architecture initiative. Responsible for leading the team successfully by setting the targets as well as expectations to ensure that team is working as per the listed procedures. Interfacing between the team and the management to delegate and address team member responsibilities. Using React framework with TypeScript for developing the latest UI features and its core principles. Responsible for development of react components and reusable global components using React, Typescript, Html5, Sass, Material UI. Create storybook for the global components which allows to test UI components in isolation as in storybook project dependencies won’t affect the behavior of the components. Create new components based on requirement and use TypeScript, html and react techniques to accomplish the task. Using MobX for maintaining the store across the application and to interact with Backend API. Involve in UI related discussions with UI/UX architect and Business Units. Ensuring deployment of the developed code in different environments and coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers. Working on fixing bugs/defects encountered in the application and participating in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality. Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any) or related field plus one (1) year of IT experience. One (1) year of IT experience must include experience in JavaScript, React or MySQL. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience. One (1) year of the five (5) years of progressive experience must include experience with JavaScript, React or MySQL. We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
