Job requirements
Role: Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect
Years of Experience: 11 years
Travel Required: Yes
Location: Plainsboro, NJ, US (80% onsite Monday to Thursday Office and Friday Remote)
As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex coding.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and business users.
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are often preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Leading the architecture and design of Salesforce projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and then translating them into technical specifications.
  • Customizing and configuring Salesforce to optimize functionality and user experience.
  • Developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Salesforce implementations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
