Role: Oracle Financials/SCM Consultant - Fusion Cloud

Location: Alexandria VA/Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Financials/SCM Consultant to join our team. As a consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Management modules to meet our clients' business requirements. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver high-quality solutions within the designated timelines.

Key responsibilities and Qualifications:

·8 years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financials/SCM in Fusion Cloud applications tech.

·Experience of Functional Set up Manager, Manage Configuration, Security set up, Sand Box configuration and other Oracle Fusion Cloud aspects.

·Having strong experience in Support Life Cycle, SLA management and working with Oracle Product and Cloud Infra support group.

·Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, functional configuration.

·Strong root cause analysis and code debugging skills.

·Ability to effectively work with Oracle Customer Support

·Exposure to O2C (order to cash), P2P (procure to Pay) and R2R (Record to Report) cycles.

·Experience with Subscription and RMCS Module is a plus.

·Responsibilities include defining requirements, configuring, and maintaining the finance/SCM module, and collaborating with IT groups and business users.

·Lead the implementation of Oracle Financials and SCM modules in Fusion Cloud applications, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning.

·Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

·Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to support business processes and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

·Customize and extend the functionality of Oracle applications using Oracle's development tools such as Application Composer, BI Publisher, and Oracle Visual Builder.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations.

·Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.

·Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications post-implementation.

·Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications is highly preferred.

·Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle applications using tools such as Application Composer, BI Publisher, and Oracle Visual Builder.

·Strong understanding of financial and supply chain business processes.

·Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
