Role: Data Migration Specialist

Years of Experience: 7 years

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

As a consultant within the DI team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

·Design & Implement migration approach & strategy. 

·Build layers of persistence and automate ETL Jobs

·Identify issues, risks and implement mitigation & recovery strategy. 

·Co-ordinate with key stakeholders/system owners and validate migration outcomes.

Technical skills:

oStrong exposure to PL/SQL, Data Migration Tools including Talend (Mandatory) .

oStrong in Data base and exposure to Oracle and Postgres from a development & data migration perspective

oPerformance Optimization of Database/Queries

oGreat troubleshooting and anomaly/outlier detection skills

oBackup & Restore skills
