• Job Description:
• 10 years of IT experience in Customer service technologies include contact Center cloud based products, solution design and implementation
• Must have Genesys/Avaya/Cisco contact Center product knowledge and whole contact Center domain knowledge
• Must have handled at least one cloud migration projects in AWS and should have worked in on premise contact Center solutions project with sizeable team
• Experience with enterprise architecture and technical leadership Excellent oral and communication skills
